Voice Limit Reached

Seeing "Voice limit reached" in Chat? You may need a plan, or you may have used your monthly Plus voice time. Check Usage for the reset date.

What it means#

This usually means one of these:

  • You do not have an active plan that includes voice.
  • You are on Plus and you have used your monthly voice time.

What to do next#

  1. Open the account menu (your name and email in the sidebar).
  2. Click Usage.
  3. Check the reset line on the Voice assistant card.
