When Seller Comps Availability Varies By Market

Comparable-property summaries (comps) work in Canada and some US markets. If comps do not appear for a seller contact, it may be a market limitation, not an error.

Why comps might not show up#

  • The contact's property is in a market where comps are not yet supported.
  • The property address does not have enough comparable data nearby.
  • The seller property details are incomplete or incorrect.

What to check#

  1. Make sure the seller property is filled in with an accurate address on the contact's Nurture tab.
  2. If using Use AI defaults, switch to Manual override and enter the correct beds, baths, sqft, and type. Better data = better comps.

Seller property is still useful without comps#

Even in markets where comps are unavailable, keeping the seller property accurate helps dreamif.ai write better seller-focused follow-up emails.
