Why Drive Shows Not Configured

Drive's Google access tile shows Not configured when Drive automation is off, or when it's on but no search scope has been finished. Pick Folders only or Entire Drive to fix it.

How to fix it#

  1. Go to Settings > Integrations, then open the Drive tab.
  2. Turn on Drive automation if it's off.
  3. Under Search scope, choose:
    • Folders only: click Select Drive Folders (Add folders on mobile) and add at least one folder.
    • Entire Drive: confirm the dialog. This alone satisfies the scope requirement, no folders needed.
  4. Click Save Settings.

In Folders only mode, dreamif.ai checks each folder against Google Drive when you save. If some folders fail the check, the others are saved and a warning, "Some folders were skipped", lists the ones left out with a reason: "not found or no access", "no access", "not a folder", or "couldn't be verified". If every folder fails, nothing is saved, the error reads "Failed to save Drive settings", and Drive stays "Not configured". Restore your access to the folder in Google Drive, or pick a different folder, then save again.

Drive stays "Not configured" until automation is on and one of those two scope conditions is met.
