Why A Nurture Draft Could Not Be Sent
dreamif.ai re-checks a nurture touchpoint right before it sends. Here is what each block message means and how to fix it.
"Draft is no longer ready to send"#
The touchpoint's status changed since you opened it, and it's no longer in the draft-ready state. The message includes "Current status: …" showing what it is now.
Fix: refresh the Nurture page and check which tab the touchpoint is in now.
"Draft content is missing"#
The touchpoint has no Gmail draft attached.
Fix: use Skip draft (reschedule) to have dreamif.ai regenerate it before sending.
"Contact disabled"#
Nurture was turned off for this contact after the draft was written. The full message: "Auto-nurture was turned off for this contact before sending."
Fix: open the contact's detail sheet, switch their nurture status back to Nurturing if you want the follow-up to go out, then try again.
"Contact is snoozed"#
The contact is currently snoozed. The full message: "Unsnooze the contact from their detail sheet before sending."
Fix: open the contact's detail sheet and unsnooze them, then try sending again.
"Contact was disabled or paused before sending"#
This one shows up after you click Save & Send Now or bulk Approve, not when you first open the draft. It means the contact was disabled or paused in the moment between opening the draft and sending it. dreamif.ai cancels the touchpoint automatically; the message says to check the contact settings.
Fix: review the contact's nurture status. If you still want the follow-up sent, switch them back to Nurturing and let dreamif.ai draft a new touchpoint, or send manually from Gmail.
