Approve and send a nurture draft

dreamif.ai writes follow-up emails for you, but they do not go out until you review and approve them. Here is how to check a draft in the Review draft dialog and send it, one at a time or in bulk.

Steps#

  1. Go to the Nurture page and open the Draft Ready tab.
  2. Find the touchpoint you want to review.
  3. Click Review & Send. This opens the Review draft dialog.
  4. Read through the email. Check that:
    • It sounds like you.
    • The contact's name and context are right.
    • Any property details or follow-up references are still relevant.
  5. Edit the text directly in the dialog if it needs changes.
  6. Click the split send button and choose Save & Send Now to send it, or Save and Don't Send to save your edits without sending yet.

That's the daily routine for most agents: open Draft Ready, scan a few emails, send the ones that look good.

Approving in bulk#

Select multiple touchpoints on the Draft Ready tab with the checkboxes, then use the bulk menu's Approve action to send them all at once. dreamif.ai confirms with "Approved and sent N touchpoint(s)."

If a selected touchpoint's contact was disabled or paused right before sending, you'll see a toast: "Contact was disabled or paused before sending." That touchpoint is cancelled; the rest in your selection still send.

If a draft should not go out right now#

Use the three-dot menu on the touchpoint row:

  • Delay (+1 day, +3 days, +7 days, or Custom…) to push it back.
  • Schedule at… to pick a specific date and time.
  • Skip draft (reschedule) to throw this draft away and let dreamif.ai write a fresh one later. Use this when the draft is wrong, not just early.

See Delay, skip, or reschedule a touchpoint for the full rundown.

If the send is blocked#

Opening Review draft re-checks the touchpoint before it lets you send. If something changed since the draft was written, such as the contact being disabled or the draft going stale, you'll see a specific error instead of a send button. See Why a nurture draft could not be sent for what each message means.

If the draft won't open at all#

If Review & Send fails to open a draft, or Gmail no longer has it, see Why a nurture draft is unavailable.
