Add Buyer Searches To A Contact
When a buyer tells you what they are looking for, add their search criteria so dreamif.ai can include matching listings in follow-up emails.
Before you start#
The contact must be classified as a buyer (e.g., "Buyer prospect" or "Active buyer client"). If the Buyer searches section does not appear on their profile, update their classification first.
Steps#
- Go to the People page and click the contact.
- Switch to the Nurture tab.
- Scroll to the Buyer searches section.
- Click + Add search.
- Fill in the criteria:
- City — where the buyer is looking.
- Province/State and Country.
- Beds and Baths — their minimums.
- Price min/max — their budget range.
- Click Save changes.
There are also advanced fields (ownership type, building type, and more) if you need to get more specific. Expand the advanced section to see them.
You may already have AI-generated searches#
dreamif.ai sometimes creates buyer searches automatically based on what it learns from your email history with that contact. These show an Auto badge. You can keep them, edit them, or add your own alongside them. If a contact already has an Auto search that matches what they told you, you may not need to add a new one.
What happens next#
The next time dreamif.ai writes a nurture email for this contact, it blends listings from all active searches. You can add multiple searches per contact if the buyer is looking in more than one area or price range.
