Add A Seller Property To A Contact
You just listed a property. Add it to the seller contact so dreamif.ai references the right property in follow-up emails and, in Canada, sends comparable-property updates.
Before you start#
The contact must be classified as a seller (e.g., "Seller prospect" or "Active seller client"). If the Seller property section does not appear, update their classification first.
Steps#
- Go to the People page and click the contact.
- Switch to the Nurture tab.
- Scroll to the Seller property section.
- Enter the Property address.
- Choose Details source:
- Use AI defaults — dreamif.ai fills in beds, baths, sqft, and property type based on what it found.
- Manual override — you enter the details yourself. Use this when the AI got the specs wrong, or for a new listing that dreamif.ai has not seen yet.
- If using Manual override, fill in Beds, Baths, Sqft, and Type.
- Save.
What changes in the emails#
With a seller property on file, dreamif.ai can:
- Reference the property address and details in nurture emails.
- In Canada, include comparable-property summaries showing recent sales near the listing.
Without it, seller-focused emails are more generic.
If the property sells or the listing expires#
Update or remove the property details so future emails do not reference a property that is no longer active. This is especially important if you re-list with different details or the seller moves on.

AI Defaults Vs Manual Override For Seller Property
AI defaults lock the property fields and let dreamif.ai fill them in. Manual override unlocks the fields so you can correct anything that is wrong.
When Seller Comps Availability Varies By Market
Comparable-property summaries (comps) work in Canada and some US markets. If comps do not appear for a seller contact, it may be a market limitation, not an error.
