The tab you will use most: Draft Ready#

Draft Ready shows touchpoints where dreamif.ai has written a draft and is waiting for your review. Each row shows the contact name, a preview of the email, and when it is scheduled.

Click Review & Send to open the draft, read it, and send it. If it is not ready, use the three-dot menu to:

• Delay it (+1, +3, or +7 days, or a custom number of days)
• Schedule at… a specific date and time
• Skip draft (reschedule) to throw this draft away and let dreamif.ai write a new one later

Most days, your workflow is: open Draft Ready, review a few emails, send the ones that look good, delay or skip the rest.

Scheduled#

Scheduled shows touchpoints that are set to send at a future date. dreamif.ai sends these automatically when the time comes. You do not need to do anything unless you want to change the timing or cancel one.

If a row shows Generating…, dreamif.ai is still preparing the draft or syncing it in Gmail.

Sent#

Sent is your history. Click View email to read what was delivered. No actions here — just a record of what went out.

Finding a specific contact#

Use the search bar at the top to filter by name. Combined with the tabs, this is the fastest way to check on a specific person's follow-up status.
