Understand the Nurture page
The Nurture page is your follow-up inbox. dreamif.ai writes draft emails for your contacts, and you review, approve, or adjust them across three tabs.
The three tabs#
Draft Ready, Scheduled, and Sent track a touchpoint through its lifecycle. See Draft Ready vs Scheduled vs Sent for how a touchpoint moves between them.
Most days, your workflow is: open Draft Ready, review a few emails, send the ones that look good, delay or skip the rest.
Search and filter touchpoints#
Use the Search touchpoints field at the top of the page. It matches on contact name, email, organization, subject, preview text, email body, and the reason a touchpoint is showing (for example, a skip or delay note). Combined with the tabs, this is the fastest way to check a specific person's follow-up status.
Row actions#
Each row's actions depend on which tab you're in:
- Draft Ready: click Review & Send to open the draft in the Review draft dialog. See Approve and send a nurture draft.
- Scheduled: click Draft now to have dreamif.ai write the draft immediately instead of waiting for its scheduled time.
Every row also has a three-dot menu with:
- Delay: +1 day, +3 days, +7 days, or Custom… to enter any number of days.
- Schedule at…: pick a specific date and time.
- Skip draft (reschedule): discard this draft and let dreamif.ai write a fresh one later.
- View contact: open the contact's detail sheet.
- View draft: open the Gmail draft directly.
Bulk actions#
Select multiple touchpoints with the checkboxes to act on them together. All three tabs support bulk actions; Draft Ready additionally has bulk Approve, which sends every selected draft and reports back with "Approved and sent N touchpoint(s)."
While a draft is generating#
When you use Draft now or dreamif.ai starts a fresh draft after a skip, you'll see toasts as it works: "Draft generation started", then "Draft ready to review" once it lands in Draft Ready, or "Draft generation failed" if something went wrong and you need to try again.
If nurture is off#
If nurture automation is off, the page shows "Nurture is turned off" with an explanation: "Turn it on and dreamif.ai will draft follow-ups in your tone, on a cadence you choose. Nothing sends until you confirm." Expand How nurture works on that screen for a walkthrough, or turn it on from Configure nurture settings.
If touchpoints won't load#
An error state shows "We couldn't load your touchpoints." Refresh the page. If it keeps happening, check your Google connection at Settings > Integrations.
If you see a location banner#
A banner reading "To include listings in nurture drafts, set your location." with a Set location link means dreamif.ai can't attach property listings to drafts yet. Click Set location to fill in your default location in AI preferences.
