Configure Nurture Settings
Control how often dreamif.ai follows up with your contacts, what time of day emails go out, and whether nurture emails include property suggestions.
Targeting panel#
This is where you decide who nurture should target.
-
Nurture automation: the main on/off switch. Turn this off to stop scheduling new touchpoints.
-
Autopilot targeting: describe who automated nurture should target and how selective it should be before scheduling touchpoints.
-
Minimum interaction threshold: how many past interactions a contact needs before automated nurture is allowed to run.
Cadence panel#
This is where you control follow-up timing.
-
Follow-up timing preferences: guidance for timing phrases in emails or notes (example: "next week"). If a clear follow-up time is mentioned, dreamif.ai uses that first.
-
Default follow-up timing: used when an email or note does not include a clear follow-up time. Choose between Recommended and Custom cadence.
-
Preferred send window: the hours during which dreamif.ai schedules follow-ups. If contacts are complaining about late-night emails, narrow this to business hours.
Writing panel#
This is where you shape nurture email tone.
- Nurture email style: guidance that only applies to nurture emails.
Property tab#
Nurture can also include property automation and suggestions. In AI Preferences, open the Property tab to configure buyer and seller behavior.
- Toggle suggestions on or off.
- Set the maximum number of listings per contact.
- Set limits for seller comparable-property summaries (Canada only).
If you are not doing property-focused follow-ups, turn suggestions off so nurture emails stay purely relationship-focused.
After you save#
Changes apply to future touchpoints only. Drafts and scheduled sends that already exist keep their original timing. If you want to adjust those too, use delay, skip, or reschedule on individual touchpoints.
If a contact is not eligible yet#
If a contact shows as Off or not eligible, check the Minimum interaction threshold in the Targeting panel.
Lowering the threshold can make more contacts eligible for automatic follow-ups.
