Draft Ready Vs Scheduled Vs Sent
Every nurture touchpoint moves through three stages: Draft Ready (needs your review), Scheduled (waiting to send), and Sent (delivered). Here is how they flow.
The lifecycle of a touchpoint#
- dreamif.ai writes a draft for one of your contacts. It appears in Draft Ready.
- You review and approve it, or dreamif.ai schedules it automatically. It moves to Scheduled.
- At the scheduled time, the email goes out. It moves to Sent.
That is the normal path. But you can change it at any point:
- Delay a Draft Ready or Scheduled touchpoint, and it stays in the same tab with a new date.
- Skip a touchpoint, and dreamif.ai throws it away and writes a fresh one later.
- Schedule at a specific time, and it moves from Draft Ready to Scheduled.
Why a touchpoint might seem to disappear#
If you delayed or skipped a touchpoint, it may have moved to a different tab or been replaced. Check the Scheduled tab if you expected to see it in Draft Ready, or vice versa.
What "Generating…" means#
Sometimes a touchpoint shows Generating….
That means dreamif.ai is still preparing the draft or syncing the Gmail draft behind the scenes.
In most cases, it finishes on its own. If it stays stuck:
- refresh the page
- check back a little later
