Edit And Prioritize Buyer Searches

When a buyer changes their criteria or you want to control which search matters most, update or reorder their searches from the contact's Nurture tab.

  1. Open the contact on the People page.
  2. Go to the Nurture tab and find the Buyer searches section.
  3. Click the pencil icon on the search you want to change.
  4. Update the fields.
  5. Click Save changes.

To discard your edits, click Cancel.

Reorder searches by priority#

If a contact has multiple searches (e.g., looking in both Oakville and Burlington), the search at the top of the list gets the most weight in nurture emails. Use the up/down arrow buttons on each search card to change the order.

Move a search higher when the buyer starts focusing on that area more. Move it lower when it becomes secondary.

Reset one field to the AI value#

If you manually edited a field and realize dreamif.ai's original detection was right, click the Reset button next to that field. It appears when dreamif.ai has an AI-detected value that differs from what you entered.

Revert all changes#

If you want to discard all manual edits and restore the original auto-generated criteria, click Revert changes.

You will see a confirmation dialog titled Revert changes?. Click Revert to confirm.

Add criteria#

If a field you want is not visible yet, click Add criteria and pick it from the list.

Remove a search you added#

Click the pencil icon to edit, then click Delete. Use this when the buyer is no longer looking in that area or price range.

You will see a confirmation dialog titled Delete search?. Click Delete to confirm.

AI-generated searches (marked with an Auto badge) cannot be deleted. If you want dreamif.ai to stop using an AI search, change its mode to Exclude listings instead. See Active vs excluded buyer searches.
