Set property content for buyer and seller follow-ups
The Property tab controls how dreamif.ai spots buyer and seller leads and what listing or comp data it pulls into their nurture drafts.
Buyer sub-tab#
- Identify leads: the Auto-detect buyer leads toggle, plus guidance text. dreamif.ai marks a contact as buyer-related only when recent messages or notes show clear home-search intent, such as neighborhoods, budget, timing, tours, or active buying questions. This only applies going forward; existing classifications aren't reprocessed automatically.
- Save search criteria: an Autofill dropdown (Off, Conservative, Auto) plus guidance text. Off disables autofill entirely. Conservative needs clearer evidence before saving. Auto saves whenever the signal is strong enough. This controls whether dreamif.ai saves buyer search criteria it finds in emails and notes, for every buyer contact.
- Draft content: Max listings, a number from 1 to 10 controlling how many listings dreamif.ai includes per email.
Seller sub-tab#
- Identify leads: the Auto-detect seller leads toggle, plus guidance text. dreamif.ai marks a contact as seller-related only when the thread shows clear intent to price, prepare, market, or sell a property. Same forward-only rule as buyer detection.
- Save property details: an Autofill dropdown (Off, Conservative, Auto) with the same behavior as the buyer side, but for seller property details.
- Draft content: Max sold comps and Max active listings, each 0 to 10, controlling how many comparable sales or active listings dreamif.ai includes per email.
Include active clients#
By default, property intelligence skips contacts who appear to be in an active deal with you right now, based on recent emails and notes. Turn on Include active clients in property intelligence if you want dreamif.ai to apply the same lead detection and drafting to active clients too.
Comps work in the US and Canada#
Seller comparable-property summaries now run in both the US and Canada. The per-contact seller property editor's subtitle still says "(Canada only)"; that's outdated copy, not a real limit. See when seller comps availability varies by market if comps aren't showing up for a specific address.
If listings aren't showing up in drafts#
Property content depends on your account's default location. If it's not set, the Nurture page shows a banner: "To include listings in nurture drafts, set your location." with a Set location link into AI preferences. See set your default location.
Save your changes#
Click Save Settings at the bottom of the Property tab. Changes apply to future lead detection and future drafts; contacts already classified aren't reprocessed.
