Why Buyer Searches Are Unavailable For A Contact

The Buyer searches section is not showing on a contact? The contact is probably not classified as a buyer. Here is how to fix it.

How to fix it#

  1. Open the contact on the People page.
  2. Go to the Nurture tab.
  3. Find the lead classification dropdown.
  4. If it says "Seller prospect" or "Not a lead," that is why buyer searches are hidden.
  5. Switch from AI (recommended) to Manual override.
  6. Choose Buyer prospect (or Buyer + seller prospect if they are both).

The Buyer searches section appears as soon as the classification includes "buyer."
