Fix a Google reauthentication issue
Seeing a reconnect warning? Go to Settings > Integrations, reconnect the affected service, and sign in to Google again.
Steps#
- Go to Settings > Integrations.
- Open the tab for the service that is warning (Email, Calendar, Drive, or Labels).
- Click the connect button (example: Connect Gmail).
- Choose the same Google account you use with dreamif.ai.
- Grant the requested access.
- Return to dreamif.ai and confirm the warning clears.
If the warning keeps coming back#
- Make sure you are using the correct Google account.
- Check that you granted all the requested permissions (not just some).
- Check whether another service still needs setup (e.g., Calendar needs selected calendars, Drive needs a folder choice).
If everything looks right and the warning still returns, email support@dreamif.ai.
Why this happens#
Google connections expire periodically, or Google revokes access for security reasons. This is normal and does not mean anything is wrong with your account. See Why Google reauthentication happens.
