Why Label Sync Failed

Gmail label sync failed? Check Gmail permissions and your plan, then retry the sync from Settings > Integrations (Labels tab).

1. Check Gmail permissions#

Go to Settings > Integrations and confirm Gmail shows as connected. If not, open the Email tab and click Connect Gmail.

2. Check your plan#

Existing Gmail labels require Pro. If you are on Free or Plus, the option is locked. You may see Gmail sync requires a Pro plan. Open Settings > Billing to upgrade.

Retry the sync#

  1. Go to Settings > Integrations (Labels tab).
  2. Click Run Gmail sync.
  3. Wait for the status to change. If it shows Sync failed again after permissions and plan are correct, email support@dreamif.ai.
