Standard labels#
dreamif.ai uses its own built-in categories to label your emails. No setup needed — just turn on automatic labeling and you are done.
Choose this if you do not have strong opinions about inbox organization and want dreamif.ai to handle it.
Mirrored Gmail labels (Existing Gmail)#
dreamif.ai imports the label structure you already maintain in Gmail. If you spent years building a label system in Gmail, this lets dreamif.ai use it instead of starting over.

Custom labels#
You create your own labels with names and instructions that tell dreamif.ai exactly when to apply them. The most control, but also the most setup.
Choose this if you want dreamif.ai-specific categories like "Showing Request" or "Hot Lead" with precise rules for when they apply. See Create a custom label.
If you are not sure#
Start with Standard. You can switch to Existing Gmail or Custom later without losing your email history — only the labeling changes.
