Turn Automatic Email Labeling On Or Off

The Auto-label incoming email toggle controls whether dreamif.ai automatically labels your incoming emails.

Steps#

  1. Go to Settings > Integrations, then open the Labels tab.
  2. Find the Auto-label incoming email toggle at the top.
  3. Turn it on or off.

When it is on#

dreamif.ai applies labels to incoming emails using whichever source you selected (Standard, Existing Gmail, or Custom). You can focus on your work and let dreamif.ai sort your inbox.

When it is off#

dreamif.ai stops labeling new emails. Your label source and settings stay saved. They just aren't active. Turn it back on anytime to resume.

When to turn it off#

  • You want to manually organize for a while.
  • You are testing or switching between label modes and do not want dreamif.ai labeling in the meantime.
  • You find the automatic labels distracting and want a break.
