Mirror Your Gmail Labels Into dreamif.ai

Already organize your inbox with Gmail labels? Sync them into dreamif.ai so you keep using the same labels instead of starting over.

Before you start#

Mirrored labels require Pro and Gmail access. If the option is grayed out, check your plan or reconnect Google access first. If you try to start a sync without Pro, you may see Gmail sync requires a Pro plan.

Steps#

  1. Go to Settings > Integrations, then open the Labels tab.
  2. Switch to the Existing Gmail label mode.
  3. Click Run Gmail sync.
  4. Wait for the sync to finish. You will see status updates and toasts like:
    • Gmail label sync queued
    • Sync queued: waiting to start.
    • Sync in progress: dreamif.ai is importing your Gmail labels.
    • Using current Gmail labels: done, your labels are ready.
    • Gmail label sync complete
    • Sync failed: something went wrong (see below).

If sync fails#

  • Check Gmail access in Settings > Integrations.
  • Check whether your plan includes label syncing.
  • Try running the sync again.

If the Existing Gmail mode itself is unavailable (not just a failed sync), that is a plan limitation. You need to upgrade.
