Why Mirrored Or Custom Labels Are Unavailable
Existing Gmail labels require Pro. Custom labels require Pro. If the option is grayed out, check your plan first.

How to fix it#
- Open the account menu and choose Billing to check your current plan.
- Upgrade if needed.
- Return to Settings > Integrations (Labels tab). The option should now be available.
If you are on the right plan and it is still locked#
- Check that Gmail is connected (Settings > Integrations).
- Make sure labeling automation is turned on (Settings > Integrations (Labels tab) > Email label automation toggle).
- If you hit the custom label limit (50 active labels), turn off or delete one first.
