Checkout Complete But Access Has Not Updated Yet

You just completed checkout but dreamif.ai still looks the same? Reload the page. The plan update takes a moment to sync from Stripe.

What to do#

  1. Reload the page (or open the account menu, choose Billing, and refresh).
  2. Wait up to a minute.
  3. Check whether your plan now shows the new details.

A short delay is normal. It does not mean checkout failed.

If it still has not updated after a few minutes#

  • Do not retry checkout. Your payment already went through.
  • Note the billing details you see on the page.
  • Email support@dreamif.ai with your account email and what you expected to change.
