Manage Your Billing Plan

Open the account menu, choose Billing, and see your current plan, upgrade, switch billing frequency, update payment methods, or cancel.

If you do not have a subscription yet#

The page heading reads Choose your plan, with pricing cards for Plus and Pro and the full feature table. Pick a plan, choose monthly or annual billing, and complete checkout through Stripe. Until checkout finishes, Dashboard, People, Nurture, and Chat send you back to this page.

If you already have a subscription#

The page heading reads Manage your plan and shows:

  • Your current plan (Plus or Pro).
  • Billing cadence (monthly or annual).
  • Next billing date.
  • A Manage billing button that opens the Stripe billing portal.

From the billing portal, you can:

  • Change your plan.
  • Switch between monthly and annual billing.
  • Update your payment method.
  • View invoices.
  • Cancel.

Extra shortcuts on your plan card#

On Plus, the page adds an upgrade card headed "Lift the caps. Keep the same shortcuts." with an Upgrade to Pro button.

On Pro, the plan card adds three links: View invoices →, Downgrade to Plus, and Cancel subscription. All three open the same Stripe billing portal that Manage billing does, so use whichever matches what you came to do.

If your plan does not update after checkout#

Checkout sometimes finishes before the change shows in dreamif.ai. Reload the page and wait a moment. If it still has not updated after a couple of minutes, see Checkout complete but access has not updated yet.

Open the avatar menu, choose Billing, click Manage billing, and update your card or payment method in the Stripe portal.
Cancel Your Plan
Canceling schedules your subscription to end at the end of the current billing period. You keep access until then.
What you can do without a subscription
Without an active subscription, only onboarding, settings, and security open. Everything else redirects to the billing page, and setup you save is held until you subscribe.
