What Features Require A Paid Plan?
dreamif.ai has no free tier. An active subscription unlocks the workspace, and a few features need Pro specifically.
The workspace itself requires a subscription#
Without an active subscription, three routes stay open: /onboarding, /settings, and /security. Dashboard, People, Nurture, and Chat redirect to the billing page at /settings/billing.
That makes the practical answer "nearly everything you use day to day":
- Chat, including the voice assistant and phone voice.
- The Dashboard.
- People, contact sync, and the contact detail sheet.
- Nurture drafting, scheduling, and sending.
- Saving any label configuration.

What Plus unlocks#
Plus opens the workspace and includes:
- Reply drafting in Gmail, with your tone and reply rules.
- Standard workflow labels and automatic labeling.
- Calendar availability, scheduling, and Drive search.
- Nurture follow-ups for up to 50 contacts.
- 2 hours of voice per month, shared between browser voice and phone voice.
- Up to 200 assistant messages per day.
What needs Pro#
- Existing Gmail label mirroring. The card shows a "Pro" badge, and the paywall panel says "Existing Gmail is a Pro feature".
- Custom labels with your own rules and instructions. The panel says "Custom labels are a Pro feature".
- Nurture follow-ups beyond 50 contacts.
- Unlimited voice minutes.
- Up to 500 assistant messages per day.
Both paywall panels note that "Your Standard workflow labels stay free." and offer Upgrade to Pro.
Saving label settings needs an active subscription#
Label configuration is a separate gate from the Pro gate. Saving any label config without a subscription returns a 402 with "Active subscription required", even for Standard labels. Subscribe first, then save.
Settings you change before subscribing are held, not lost#
If you configure nurture, labels, Drive, or research while you have no subscription, dreamif.ai saves the setup and marks it as waiting on a plan. You see "Saved. This setup will finish after subscribing." and the card's button changes to Finish after subscribing. After checkout, the billing page replays that work automatically. Picking between the two plans#
If you draft replies, run follow-ups for a modest contact list, and use voice occasionally, Plus covers it. If you need custom or mirrored labels, more than 50 nurture contacts, or heavy voice use, you need Pro. The row-by-row split is in What is the difference between Plus and Pro?.
