What Happens When You Cancel At Period End
You keep full access until the end of your current billing period. After that, paid features turn off but your account and data stay.
Before the end date#
Nothing changes. Your plan works exactly as before. You can keep using all paid features, including nurture, voice, labels, and everything else your plan includes.
This gives you time to change your mind, export anything you need, or simply use the remaining time you already paid for.
After the end date#
- Paid features become unavailable (nurture, custom labels, voice hours above the free limit, etc.).
- Your dreamif.ai account still exists.
- Your contacts, notes, and data stay.
- You can resubscribe anytime to get paid features back.
If you change your mind#
Before the period ends, open Settings > Billing, then click Keep subscription to open the Stripe portal and reverse the cancellation. After the period ends, you need to subscribe again as a new checkout.
