What Happens When You Cancel At Period End

You keep full access until the end of your current billing period. After that the workspace locks, but your account and data stay.

Before the end date#

Nothing changes. Your plan works exactly as before. You can keep using nurture, voice, labels, and everything else your plan includes.

A sidebar notice appears reading "Your Plus subscription will end on " (or "Your Pro subscription will end on ") with a Keep subscription button. That is the only visible difference until the date arrives.

The remaining time is yours to use, so you can change your mind or pull out anything you want to keep.

After the end date#

  • The workspace locks. Dashboard, People, Nurture, and Chat redirect to the billing page.
  • /onboarding, /settings, and /security stay open, so you can still reach your settings, sign out of devices, or delete your account.
  • Your dreamif.ai account still exists.
  • Your contacts, notes, and settings stay.
  • Subscribing again restores access to all of it. There is no free tier in between.

If you change your mind#

Before the period ends, click Keep subscription on the notice, or open Billing from the avatar menu and reverse the cancellation in the Stripe portal. After the period ends, you subscribe again as a fresh checkout.

Without an active subscription, only onboarding, settings, and security open. Everything else redirects to the billing page, and setup you save is held until you subscribe.
