dreamif.ai offers a short refund window for new charges, with separate windows for monthly and annual plans.

Refund windows#

  • Monthly plans: contact support within 3 days of the charge.
  • Annual plans: contact support within 30 days of the charge.

After that window#

Charges are generally not refunded or prorated after the refund window closes.

Exceptions#

dreamif.ai reviews refund requests for cases like:

  • duplicate charges
  • billing errors
  • obvious accidental purchases

What to include when you contact support#

  • The email on your dreamif.ai account
  • The charge date
  • The amount charged
  • A short explanation of the issue
