Refund Policy
dreamif.ai offers a short refund window for new charges, with separate windows for monthly and annual plans.
Refund windows#
- Monthly plans: contact support within 3 days of the charge.
- Annual plans: contact support within 30 days of the charge.
After that window#
Charges are generally not refunded or prorated after the refund window closes.
Exceptions#
dreamif.ai reviews refund requests for cases like:
- duplicate charges
- billing errors
- obvious accidental purchases
What to include when you contact support#
- The email on your dreamif.ai account
- The charge date
- The amount charged
- A short explanation of the issue

Open the account menu, choose Billing, and see your current plan, upgrade, switch billing frequency, update payment methods, or cancel.
View Invoices And Receipts
Open the account menu, choose Billing, click Manage subscription, and view your payment history in the Stripe portal.
What Happens When A Payment Fails?
If a payment fails, Stripe automatically retries it over the following days. If it is never recovered, dreamif.ai removes paid access.
