Check Your Voice Usage
Open the account menu, choose Usage, and review your voice assistant balance and reset time.
Steps#
- Open the account menu (your name and email in the sidebar).
- Click Usage.
- Under Balance, review the Voice assistant card.
What the balance means#
- Pro: You will see Unlimited voice.
- Plus: You will see a monthly balance with a percent remaining, plus a line like "X used of Y" and a reset time.
- No active plan: You will see a prompt to choose a plan before voice is available.
If the balance looks wrong#
- Refresh the page after a long voice session.
- If you recently upgraded, check Billing and reload Usage.

Start a voice session
Open Chat, start voice from the microphone button, and begin speaking. Voice lets you work on drafts, check Gmail, look up contacts, and more.
Voice Limit Reached
Seeing "Voice limit reached" in Chat? You may need a plan, or you may have used your monthly Plus voice time. Check Usage for the reset date.
