When A Plan Change Takes Effect
New subscriptions take effect after checkout. Changes to an existing subscription happen through the billing portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of the billing period.
Subscribing for the first time#
Takes effect after you complete Stripe checkout. dreamif.ai may need a moment to reflect the new plan — if it does not show up immediately, reload the page.
Changing an active subscription#
Changes made through the billing portal (via Settings > Billing) take effect based on Stripe's processing. Most changes show within a few seconds to a minute.
Canceling#
Your current plan stays active until the end of the billing period. See What happens when you cancel at period end.
If the change is not showing#
Reload the page. If it still has not updated after a couple of minutes, see Why a plan change may take a moment to appear.
