What Is The Difference Between Plus And Pro?
Plus and Pro open the same workspace. Plus caps contacts, voice minutes, and daily messages; Pro lifts those caps and adds mirrored and custom labels.
What both plans include#
Either plan gives you the full workspace: Dashboard, People, Nurture, and Chat. Both include:
- AI-drafted email replies that match your writing style.
- Automatic labeling with the Standard workflow labels.
- Calendar availability checks and scheduling.
- Google Drive search and file attachment.
- Web research.
- Contact notes and the interaction timeline.
- Browser voice and phone voice, with the same tools in both.
Where they differ#
| Feature | Plus | Pro |
|---|---|---|
| Nurture follow-ups | Up to 50 contacts | Unlimited |
| Voice usage | 2 hours per month | Unlimited |
| Daily assistant messages | 200 | 500 |
| Label sources | Standard | Standard, Existing Gmail, Custom |
The in-app plan table on Billing shows the same split, with auto-labels listed as "System" on Plus and "Custom" on Pro.
Voice minutes are one pool#
Browser voice in Chat and phone voice draw from the same monthly meter. On Plus, a 20-minute phone call leaves 1 hour 40 minutes for the rest of the month. Both plans also cap a single session at 60 minutes, so a long call ends on Pro too.
Daily messages are separate from voice#
The daily assistant message cap counts messages you send in Chat. It's tracked apart from voice minutes and resets at midnight UTC. If you hit it, Chat shows "Daily assistant limit reached. It resets at midnight UTC." See Daily assistant limit reached.
Which one should I pick?#
Start with Plus if:
- You nurture fewer than 50 contacts.
- You use voice for a few sessions a week rather than all day.
- The Standard workflow labels match how you sort mail.
Move to Pro if:
- Your contact list is larger than 50 and you want every one of them in nurture.
- You run voice through most of your day, by browser or by phone.
- You want to mirror labels you already have in Gmail, or write your own label rules.
Check where you stand before you switch#
Open the avatar menu and click Usage. Under This billing period, the Voice assistant meter shows minutes used against your limit and the reset date, and AI follow-ups shows contacts used against the 50-contact cap on Plus. If both meters sit well under their caps, Plus is still the right plan. See Understand the Usage page.
