Understand the Usage page
The Usage page shows every limit tied to your plan: voice minutes, follow-up contacts, drafts written, and which label set you are on.
How to open it#
Open the avatar menu at the bottom of the sidebar and click Usage. The page is headed "Usage" with the line "Track every limit tied to your dreamif.ai plan."
The plan strip#
The strip across the top shows your tier as a pill (Plus, Pro, or "No plan"), the renewal date when you have one, and a link on the right: Manage billing → with an active subscription, Choose a plan → without one. Without a plan the strip also reads "Choose a plan to unlock voice, follow-ups, and labels."
This billing period#
Two meters sit under the This billing period heading. Both reset with your billing cycle.
Voice assistant shows time used against your monthly limit.
- Plus: time used, "of 2 hours used", and a footer reading "{time} left · resets {date}", or "Limit reached · resets {date}" once you run out.
- Pro: "Unlimited" with "no monthly cap" and the footer "Talk for as long as you need on Pro."
- No subscription: "Locked" with "choose a plan to start".
Phone voice draws from this same meter. A 20-minute call spends the same minutes a browser session would.
AI follow-ups shows how many contacts are in the nurture rotation. The Usage page calls the feature "follow-ups"; it's the same Nurture you configure in AI preferences and see in the sidebar.
- Plus: a count, "of 50 contacts", and a footer reading "{n} slots remaining" or "No slots remaining".
- Pro: a count with "contacts · unlimited" and the footer "No contact cap on Pro."
Each meter carries a status pill once it starts filling: "On track", then "Approaching" at 80 percent, "Near cap" at 95 percent, and "At cap" when the limit is spent.
Also this month#
Two figures sit under the Also this month heading and are not capped by your plan:
- Drafts written counts the replies dreamif.ai drafted, with the note "No monthly cap".
- Auto-labels shows which label set is running: "System" for the Standard workflow labels, "Custom" once you have custom labels active.
What the page does not show#
The daily assistant message limit is tracked separately and does not appear here. It counts Chat messages, resets at midnight UTC, and is 200 a day on Plus and 500 on Pro. See Daily assistant limit reached.
When you get close to a cap#
Once voice or follow-ups pass 80 percent on Plus, an upgrade card appears below the meters reading "You're approaching your plan limits." with "Pro removes the voice and follow-up caps." Once you hit a cap it changes to "You've reached a plan limit." with "Upgrade to Pro to remove the voice and follow-up caps." Both offer Upgrade to Pro, which opens the billing page.
If the page cannot load#
A failure shows a card headed "Usage is unavailable" with the reason underneath. Reload the page. If it keeps failing, check the Billing page to confirm your subscription is still active.
