Why Google Reauthentication Happens
Sometimes dreamif.ai asks you to sign in to Google again. This is normal. It means the connection expired or Google needs you to reauthorize.
Common reasons#
- Your Google login expired. Google connections do not last forever. After a while, Google requires a fresh sign-in.
- Google blocked the connection. This can happen if Google's security systems flag the connection for a refresh.
- You changed your Google password. Changing your Google password invalidates the stored connection.
What it looks like#
On Settings > Integrations > Google, the affected tile shows Reconnect required or Action required instead of Connected.
How to fix it#
Go to Settings > Integrations, open the Google tab, reconnect the affected service, and sign in with the same Google account. Grant access, and the status clears.
