How dreamif.ai Uses Your Connected Google Data

Gmail#

Gmail access is a single scope covering read, draft, send, and label. dreamif.ai reads your email history to learn your writing style, understand your relationships, and draft replies that sound like you. It also creates, edits, sends, and labels emails on your behalf.

Calendar#

Calendar access covers your events (read and write) plus read-only access to your calendar list, calendar settings, and free/busy availability. dreamif.ai uses this to check availability and create or update events; it can't change your calendar settings itself.

Drive#

dreamif.ai searches your Drive files when you ask it to find a document or attach a file to a draft. It only searches folders you gave it access to (or everything, if you chose Entire Drive mode).

Contacts#

dreamif.ai syncs your Google Contacts into the People area and combines them with contact information found in your email history.

How your data is protected#

dreamif.ai uses your connected Google data to power product features like drafting, search, and nurture automation. dreamif.ai does not sell your data and does not share it with other users. dreamif.ai may rely on the service providers needed to run the product, such as infrastructure, authentication, payments, and core integrations.

Disconnecting Google stops future access, and it immediately clears your saved Drive folder selection and resets your Calendar selection. Reconnecting later does not restore them. If you want your account and its data deleted entirely, use the self-service Delete account option under Security > Danger zone; that deletion happens immediately. What Happens To Your Data When You Disconnect Google?

Disconnecting Google stops dreamif.ai from accessing your Google account going forward and clears your Drive folder and Calendar selections, but it does not delete your dreamif.ai account. Account deletion is a separate, self-service action.

Delete Your dreamif.ai Account

Account deletion is self-service: open the avatar menu, go to Security > Danger zone, and choose Delete account. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
