Delete Your dreamif.ai Account
To delete your dreamif.ai account, email support@dreamif.ai from the email you use with dreamif.ai. Support acknowledges deletion requests within 3 business days and completes deletion within 30 days of confirmation.
Make sure deletion is what you need#
These are three different actions:
- Cancel your plan: stops billing but keeps your account. You can resubscribe later.
- Disconnect Google: cuts the Google connection but keeps your dreamif.ai account and data.
- Delete your account: permanently removes the account itself.
If you only want to stop paying or remove Google access, use one of the first two instead.
How to request deletion#
- Email
support@dreamif.ai. - Send it from the email address you use to sign in to dreamif.ai.
- Say that you want your account deleted.
Include:
- Your sign-in email address.
- Whether you want active billing canceled as part of the deletion.
Cancel billing first if you are on a paid plan#
If you have an active subscription, cancel it before or alongside your deletion request. Otherwise billing can continue processing until support completes the deletion.
What to expect#
Support will acknowledge deletion requests within 3 business days. They may need to verify that you own the account before processing the request, especially if the request comes from a different email address.
After the request is confirmed, dreamif.ai aims to complete account deletion within 30 days. Support will confirm when the deletion is complete.
Deletion is irreversible. Once your account is deleted, your data cannot be recovered.
