What To Do If You Cannot Sign In With Google

dreamif.ai uses Google sign-in exclusively. If sign-in is not working, it is usually the wrong Google account, leftover browser data, or a sign-in window that closed too early.

1. Wrong Google account#

If you use multiple Google accounts, it is easy to pick the wrong one in the Google account chooser. Make sure you are selecting the account you actually want dreamif.ai to use.

2. Try a private browser window#

Old cookies or a cached session can interfere with sign-in. The fastest fix:

  1. Close the current sign-in attempt.
  2. Open a private/incognito window.
  3. Go to dreamif.ai and try signing in again.
  4. Choose the correct Google account when prompted.

If this works, clear your browser data for the dreamif.ai site so you do not need private mode every time.

3. The Google sign-in window got interrupted#

If the Google sign-in window closed before you finished, or if this started happening after you tried to update permissions or reconnect Google, the sign-in process was interrupted partway through.

If you can still access dreamif.ai from another browser or device, try going to Settings > Integrations and reconnecting the affected service from inside the app instead.

When to contact support#

If none of the above works, email support@dreamif.ai and include:

  • The Google email you expected to use
  • What step failed (e.g., "the Google window never opened" or "I got signed in with the wrong account")
  • Whether this is your first sign-in or happened after a reconnect
