What Actions Require Explicit Confirmation In Voice Mode
Anything that writes gets staged and waits for you to say "confirm": sends, draft rewrites, calendar changes, notes, labels, nurture, and settings. Reading and searching happen immediately.
Actions that require confirmation#
These change something outside the conversation, so dreamif.ai stages them and waits for you to say "confirm":
- Sending an email
- Rewriting the body of a draft
- Updating a draft's recipients
- Creating or updating a calendar event
- Saving a contact note
- Adding or removing a Gmail label
- Deleting a draft
- Changing nurture or settings
Actions that do not require confirmation#
These are read-only or low-risk, so they happen immediately:
- Reading a draft or email thread
- Searching Gmail, contacts, Drive, or the web
- Checking calendar availability
- Listing your drafts
- Summarizing a document or email
If you are not sure what dreamif.ai is about to do#
Ask it to repeat the action before you confirm. Say something like "what are you about to send?" or "read that back to me" so you can check before confirming. Reading costs you nothing, since it needs no confirmation of its own.
Say "cancel" to drop a staged action. Nothing is written and the draft, event, or note stays as it was.
