Attach A Drive File To A Draft By Voice

Say 'attach the listing agreement from Drive' to add a file to your draft without leaving voice mode.

Steps#

  1. Open the draft first. Say "list my drafts", then "read me the first draft."
  2. Ask dreamif.ai to find and attach a file:
    • "Attach the listing agreement from Drive"
    • "Find the inspection report and attach it"
    • "Search Drive for the Henderson contract and add it to this draft"
  3. dreamif.ai searches Drive, finds the file, and attaches it.
  4. Confirm the right file was attached before sending.

If dreamif.ai picks the wrong file#

Be more specific: mention the file name, the folder, or a phrase you know is in the document. It is easier to refine the search before attaching than to attach and remove repeatedly.

Drive access matters#

dreamif.ai can only find files in the folders you gave it access to. If a file is not showing up, check Settings > Integrations (Drive tab) to make sure the folder is included.
