Create A Reply Draft By Voice
Tell dreamif.ai which email to reply to and what you want to say. It creates a reply draft you can review and send.
What to say#
- "Reply to Sarah's last email"
- "Reply to the email about the inspection report"
- "Draft a reply to that thread — tell them we can close by the 15th"
If there are multiple matches, dreamif.ai asks you to pick the right one.
Review before it saves#
dreamif.ai shows the reply before saving it. Check that it selected the right email thread and that the reply body matches what you wanted. Confirm to save, or ask for changes.
The reply is not sent automatically#
Like new emails, a reply draft saves to Gmail but does not send. Say "Send this draft" when you are ready, and dreamif.ai asks you to confirm.
