What to say#
Use the detail you know best:
- "Search Gmail for the inspection report" — by topic
- "Find Sarah's email from last week" — by person and time
- "Show me emails about the Henderson closing" — by subject
If the results are too broad#
Add more detail:
- "Narrow that to emails from this month"
- "Only show ones from Sarah"
- "The one with the PDF attachment"
