What to say#

Use the detail you know best:

  • "Search Gmail for the inspection report" — by topic
  • "Find Sarah's email from last week" — by person and time
  • "Show me emails about the Henderson closing" — by subject

If the results are too broad#

Add more detail:

  • "Narrow that to emails from this month"
  • "Only show ones from Sarah"
  • "The one with the PDF attachment"
