Update Draft Recipients By Voice

Say 'add Sarah to CC' or 'remove John from this draft' to change recipients without leaving voice mode.

What you can change#

  • To — the main recipient.
  • Cc — people who should see the email.
  • Bcc — people who should see it without others knowing.

Steps#

  1. Open the draft by voice (e.g., "read me the first draft").
  2. Ask dreamif.ai to make the change:
    • "Add sarah@example.com to CC"
    • "Remove John from this draft"
    • "Change the recipient to Mike instead"
  3. Check the recipient list after the change.

Double-check before sending#

Sending to the wrong person is hard to undo. Confirm the final recipient list before you say "send this draft."
