Connect Google Workspace

dreamif.ai needs access to Gmail, Calendar, Drive, and Contacts to work. If any service is missing, here is how to connect or reconnect it.

Check what is already connected#

Go to Settings > Integrations and review each tab (Email, Calendar, Drive, Labels). If a service is disconnected, you will see a connect button.

Connect or reconnect#

  1. On the Integrations page, open the tab for the service you want to connect.
  2. Click the connect button (example: Connect Gmail, Connect Google Calendar, or Connect Google Drive).
  3. Choose the Google account you want to use.
  4. Grant the requested permissions.
  5. Return to dreamif.ai and confirm the service shows as connected.

Connected is not the same as set up#

After connecting, each service still needs configuration:

  • Calendar: in Settings > Integrations (Calendar tab), select which calendars to use and set working hours.
  • Drive: in Settings > Integrations (Drive tab), choose Folders only or Entire Drive.
  • Contacts: run your first sync from the People page.
  • Gmail: usually ready after connecting, but check for connection warnings.

Until these steps are done, a service may show as "connected but not set up" in the Integration Health dashboard.

If only one service is missing#

You do not need to start over. Reconnect that service from its Integrations tab, grant the missing access, and finish service-specific setup.
