Disconnect Your Google Account

Disconnecting removes dreamif.ai's access to your Gmail, Calendar, Drive, and Contacts. Use it when you want to switch Google accounts or remove Google access entirely.

Steps#

  1. Go to Settings > Integrations > Google.
  2. On the Google Workspace card, click Disconnect.
  3. The dialog asks "Remove Google access from dreamif.ai?". Confirm with Remove Google access.

The card then reads "Google access removed. You're still signed in." Disconnecting takes all four services at once. To drop a single service, reconnect the rest afterwards from the Google access card.

What stops working#

Everything that depends on Google stops immediately:

  • Email drafting, sending, and labeling.
  • Calendar availability and scheduling.
  • Drive search and file attachments.
  • Contact sync.

You need to reconnect before any of these work again.

What disconnecting clears#

Disconnecting deletes your Drive folder list and resets your calendar selection. Reconnecting restores access but not those two choices, so plan to pick your Drive folders and your calendars again afterwards.

Everything else survives. Your signature, label rules, AI preferences, and nurture settings are all still there.

Disconnecting does not delete your account#

Your dreamif.ai account still exists. Your data (contacts, notes, nurture history) stays. Disconnecting only cuts the live Google link.

If you want to delete your dreamif.ai account entirely, that is a separate request.

Reconnect later#

If you disconnected by mistake or want to switch to a different Google account:

  1. Go to Settings > Integrations > Google. The Google Workspace card now offers Connect Gmail.
  2. Choose the Google account you want.
  3. Grant permissions. Gmail is requested first; add the other services from their tiles in the Google access card.
  4. Redo the setup that was cleared: your Drive folders and your calendar selection.

What Happens To Your Data When You Disconnect Google?
Disconnecting Google stops dreamif.ai from accessing your Google account going forward and clears your Drive folder and Calendar selections, but it does not delete your dreamif.ai account. Account deletion is a separate, self-service action.
Delete Your dreamif.ai Account
Account deletion is self-service: open the avatar menu, go to Security > Danger zone, and choose Delete account. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
Understand your Google access status
Google connection status lives on Settings > Integrations > Google. The Google Workspace card covers the account link, and the Google access card gives Gmail, Drive, Calendar, and Contacts a status each.
