Connect Google Calendar

Connect your Google Calendar so dreamif.ai can check when you are free, schedule meetings, and create events by voice.

Steps#

  1. Go to Settings > Integrations and open the Calendar tab.
  2. If Calendar is not connected, click Connect Google Calendar.
  3. Grant Google Calendar access when your browser asks.
  4. Return to dreamif.ai. The Calendar tab now shows your calendar options.

If Calendar access is missing, connect Google Calendar again from the Calendar tab and grant access.

Connecting is just the first step#

After Calendar is connected, turn on Calendar automation and set your working hours so dreamif.ai knows when you are available. Until automation is on, Calendar shows as "Not configured" on the Google access card, even though the connection itself worked.

Selecting specific calendars is optional. dreamif.ai uses all of your calendars by default; you only need to load and select calendars if you want to exclude some of them. See Choose which calendars dreamif.ai uses and Set working hours and notice windows.

What Calendar enables#

With Calendar connected and set up:

  • dreamif.ai checks your availability when scheduling.
  • Voice mode can answer "am I free Tuesday afternoon?"
  • You can create and update events by voice.
  • Nurture emails can reference scheduling context.

Choose Which Calendars dreamif.ai Uses
By default dreamif.ai checks all of your Google Calendars for availability. Load your calendars if you want to limit it to specific ones.
Set Working Hours And Notice Windows
Tell dreamif.ai when you are available for meetings so it does not suggest times outside your working hours or too close to now.
Update Google Permissions
Something stopped working or you see a missing-access warning? Go to Settings > Integrations > Google and reconnect that one service from its tile. Takes about a minute.
