Set up your booking link
Add a booking link so dreamif.ai can offer real, bookable times instead of just describing your availability, and control what happens once someone picks a time.
Steps#
- Go to Settings > Integrations, then open the Calendar tab.
- Switch to the Booking sub-tab.
- Choose How to offer times: whether dreamif.ai proposes specific times in the email itself, sends your booking link, or both.
- Enter your Booking link (for example, a Calendly or Cal.com URL).
- Once you've entered a valid link, choose the Scheduling method that controls how it's used alongside proposed times.
- Set your Calendar behavior:
- Hold offered times on my calendar: places a tentative hold on times dreamif.ai offers, so they don't get double-booked before the client responds.
- Create event when confirmed: automatically creates a calendar event once a time is confirmed.
- Send calendar invite: sends the client a calendar invite when the event is created. This only applies if Create event when confirmed is on.
- Click Save Settings.
If your booking link isn't valid#
The Booking link field only accepts http or https URLs. If it's not a valid link, dreamif.ai ignores it and you won't see the Scheduling method or calendar-behavior options until you fix it.
