Choose Which Calendars dreamif.ai Uses

Select which of your Google Calendars dreamif.ai should check for availability. Pick all the calendars that could have events during your working hours.

Steps#

  1. Go to Settings > Integrations, then open the Calendar tab.
  2. Scroll to the calendars section. If your calendars are not showing, click Load Calendars.
  3. Check the box next to each calendar dreamif.ai should use.
  4. Click Save Settings.

Which calendars to select#

Select every calendar that could affect your availability:

  • Your primary work calendar (usually marked as "Primary").
  • A shared team calendar if you have showings or meetings booked there.
  • Your personal calendar if personal events should block work scheduling.

If you leave a calendar unchecked, dreamif.ai ignores its events. That means it could suggest a time when you have a personal appointment or team showing.

You need at least one#

Calendar setup stays incomplete until at least one calendar is selected. If you try to save with nothing checked while calendar automation is turned on, dreamif.ai will not let you.

You may see Select at least one calendar when you click Save Settings.
