Set A Minimum Notice Window

Set how much lead time you need before a meeting so dreamif.ai does not suggest slots that are too soon.

Steps#

  1. Go to Settings > Integrations, then open the Calendar tab.
  2. Find the Minimum notice field (in hours).
  3. Enter the number of hours you want. For example, 2 means dreamif.ai will not suggest any time less than 2 hours from now.
  4. Click Save Settings.

How to think about this#

  • Set it low (0–1 hour) if you are flexible and happy to take same-day meetings.
  • Set it higher (2–4 hours) if you need time to prepare or drive to a showing.
  • Set it very high (24+ hours) if you only want meetings booked a day or more in advance.

If you are missing same-day options when you check availability by voice, this setting is probably too high.
