Set Working Hours And Notice Windows

Tell dreamif.ai when you are available for meetings so it does not suggest times outside your working hours or too close to now.

Turn on calendar automation#

The Calendar automation toggle at the top controls whether dreamif.ai uses your calendar at all. Turn it on to reveal the rest of the tab: three sub-tabs, Availability, Calendars, and Booking.

Set your working hours (Availability)#

On the Availability sub-tab, toggle on each day you work (M through Su), then set start and end Hours for that day. dreamif.ai only suggests meeting times within these windows.

If a day needs different hours occasionally, click Add different hours to add an exception instead of changing your standing schedule.

Set buffer and notice#

Still on Availability:

Buffer between meetings is a dropdown: 0, 15, 30, 45, or 60 minutes. It adds a gap around each event so you're not booked back-to-back. See Set Buffer Between Meetings.
Minimum notice is a dropdown that tops out at 24 hours, shown as "1 day." It controls how far in advance a slot needs to be before dreamif.ai will suggest it. See Set a minimum notice window.

Check your timezone#

Also on Availability: a Timezone control shows your current timezone with a Sync button to pull it from Google Calendar, or you can set it manually. See Set or correct your calendar timezone.

Choose which calendars to use (Calendars)#

The Calendars sub-tab defaults to using all of your calendars: "We'll use all calendars by default. Load your calendars to pick specific ones." Click Load calendars to see the list and pick specific ones. Selecting calendars is optional. Calendar still shows as "Connected" without it.
