Understand Nurturing Status In People
The Nurturing column shows whether dreamif.ai is actively writing follow ups for a contact, paused, disabled, or currently off.
Nurturing#
dreamif.ai is actively writing and scheduling follow ups for this contact.
Paused#
Follow ups stop for now.
This is the right choice when you want dreamif.ai to resume later without losing context.
Disabled#
Nurture is turned off for this contact.
Use this when the person is no longer a fit. Scheduled touchpoints are removed.
Off#
No touchpoint is scheduled yet.
Common reasons:
- This contact is below the minimum interaction threshold
- This contact is waiting for the next interaction
- Nurture is disabled in settings
To change this status, open the contact detail sheet and use the status dropdown on the Nurture tab.
If the detail sheet says the contact is below your minimum interaction threshold, lower that threshold in Settings > AI Preferences > Nurture.
