Use The Contact Detail Sheet

The contact detail sheet gives you a quick view of your history with someone and lets you manage their follow-up settings without leaving the People page.

Open the detail sheet#

Go to the People page and click any contact row. The detail sheet slides open on the right.

History tab#

The History tab shows your interactions with this person in a timeline:

  • Emails — messages between you.
  • Calendar — meetings and events you shared.
  • Notes — private notes you or your team added.

Use the filter dropdown at the top to show just one type (e.g., only Emails). Toggle Show recurring events on or off if calendar entries are cluttering the view.

Refresh history pulls in the latest activity if the timeline looks stale. Add note lets you jot down something right after a call or showing.

Nurture tab#

The Nurture tab is where you manage follow-up behavior for this specific person:

  • Nurture status — switch between Nurturing, Paused, and Disabled.
  • Lead classification — correct whether dreamif.ai sees this person as a buyer, seller, both, or not a lead.
  • Buyer searches — add or edit what this buyer is looking for.
  • Seller property — add or edit the listing tied to this seller.
