Search and filter contacts

Search by name or email#

Type in the Search People bar at the top of the page. Results filter as you type.

Sort by column#

Click any column header (Name, Email, Last activity, or Interactions) to sort. Click again to reverse the order. Sorting by Last activity is a quick way to find contacts you have not heard from recently.

Filter by group#

Click Filter to open the filter panel. You can combine these sections:

• Nurturing Status: show only contacts that are Nurturing, Paused, Off, or Disabled. Use this when you want to review who is paused and decide whether to restart their follow-ups.
• Source: filter by where the contact came from. Gmail means dreamif.ai found them in your email history. Google Contacts means they were imported from your Google Contacts.
• Total Interactions: set a min/max to find your most-active or least-active contacts.
• Last Interaction: pick a date range. Use this to find people who have gone quiet ("no interaction in the last 90 days").

Click Apply to run the filters, or Clear all to reset the panel.

If you cannot find a contact#

• Check whether a filter is hiding them (click Clear all to reset).
• Check whether the contact has been synced yet (click Sync Contacts if you have not run a sync recently).
• Use Previous / Next at the bottom if you have many contacts.
