Understand the Integration Health Dashboard

The Integration Health dashboard is the first place to look when something seems off. It shows which Google services are working and which need attention.

What the statuses mean#

Connected and set up#

Everything is working. No action needed.

Connected but not set up#

Google access exists, but the service still needs configuration. This usually means:

  • Calendar: you have not selected any calendars yet. Go to Settings > Integrations (Calendar tab).
  • Drive: you have not chosen Folders only or Entire Drive. Go to Settings > Integrations (Drive tab).
  • Gmail: the connection monitoring needs renewal. Try reconnecting.

Warning or error#

Something broke and needs your attention:

It is normal for services to be in different states#

Gmail might be fully working while Calendar still shows "connected but not set up." Each service is independent. Fix them one at a time by going to the relevant settings page.

Why Gmail Connection Renewal Failed
dreamif.ai keeps a live connection to Gmail that renews automatically. If the renewal fails, you see a warning. Reconnecting usually fixes it.
