Understand Google Access Across Gmail, Calendar, Drive, And Contacts
Each Google service powers a different part of dreamif.ai. If one permission is missing, those features are unavailable while the rest keeps working.
Gmail powers#
Email reading, drafting, sending, and labeling, all covered by a single Gmail scope. Without Gmail access, dreamif.ai cannot touch your inbox at all.
Calendar powers#
Availability checks, scheduling, and event creation. Calendar access covers events (read and write) plus read-only access to your calendar list, settings, and free/busy. Without Calendar access, dreamif.ai cannot tell when you are free or schedule meetings.
Drive powers#
File search and attachment. Without Drive access, dreamif.ai cannot find or attach your documents.
Contacts powers#
Syncing Google Contacts into the People area. Without Contacts access, the People list only includes people dreamif.ai found in your email history.
Why one feature can work while another does not#
Google services are independent permissions. You might have granted Gmail but skipped Calendar. In that case, email drafting works but availability checks do not.
Go to Settings > Integrations and open the Google tab. Find the tile for the missing service and click Connect. Once a service is connected, use its own tab (Calendar or Drive) to finish setup: turn on automation and choose what dreamif.ai can use.
