Understand Integration Health States

'Connected' means dreamif.ai has Google access. 'Set up' means the service is fully configured. A service can be connected without being set up.

Connected but not set up#

This is the status that confuses people most. It means your Google access is working, but the service still needs a configuration step:

  • Gmail: the Gmail connection monitoring needs renewal. Try reconnecting.
  • Calendar: you have not selected any calendars yet, or calendar automation is turned off. Go to Settings > Integrations and open the Calendar tab.
  • Drive: you have not chosen Folders only or Entire Drive. Go to Settings > Integrations and open the Drive tab.

Warning or error#

This means something is actively broken. Common causes:
